摘要
绩效技术是对教育装备实施科学化管理不可或缺的指导理论。将绩效技术应用到教育装备管理，可以提高教育装备管理人员的工作绩效，从而更好地使教育装备服务于学校教育教学。介绍绩效技术相关定义、要素、特征，探讨绩效技术与教育技术及教育装备的关系，研究绩效技术在教育装备管理过程中的应用。
Performance technology is the guiding theory of implementation of scientific management as an integral part of educational equipment management. Applying Performance technology to educational equipment management, which can improve the performance of the work to provide better services for purpose of education and teaching. This article introduces performance-related definition, elements, and characteristics, and discusses the relation among performance technology and educational technology and educational equipment, and research the application of performance technology in process of educational equipment management.
