湿法烟气脱硫工程冲洗水系统的改进优化

Improvement and Optimization of Washing Water System in Wet Type Flue Gas Desulfurization

从工艺、控制及经济方面对湿法烟气脱硫工程中冲洗水系统进行分析比较,提出合理的改造优化方案,即冲洗水不采用传统的排入排水沟的冲洗系统,而是直接回浆液箱。经实践,该方案是可行的,并且能够节约工程费用。

This paper analyzes and compares the wet type the washing water system of the wet type flue gas desulfurization from aspects of process, control and economy and puts forwant reasonable reformation optimization program, that is, the traditional washing system, in which the washing water goes into drain, isn＇t adopted, but directly goes into slurry tank. The practice shows that this program is reasonable and the cost can be reduced.
