影响电除尘器出口含尘量的原因及改进措施

Analysis on the Causes Affecting the Outlet Dust Concentration of ESP and the Improvement Measures

针对中国铝业山西分公司1#、2#3、#焙烧炉电除尘系统运行状况,从物料粒度、电场风速、电流电压、系统漏风、返灰工艺等方面分析了对电除尘出口含尘量的影响,并结合分公司生产实际,参照后期新建项目运行情况,提出了改进措施。

Based on the nmning status of ESP 1^# , 2^# and3^# of Shanxi Branch, China Aluminum, the causes affecting the outlet dust concentration of ESP are analyzed, such as particle size, the wind speed, current and voltage, wind leakage, dust returning process and so on, and some improvement measures are raised based on the practice.
