摘要 化学工业区内各类化工企业集中在一个区域,重大危险源数量众多。一旦发生事故,企业间可能相互影响导致事故的"多米诺"效应,造成重大人员伤亡和财产损失。根据系统相关性原理,定义了安全相关性来描述企业间的这种相互影响。通过对化学工业区内企业间安全相关性的研究,定性定量描述了园区内任一企业的安全影响大小,以供园区布局、安全管理、应急资源配置参考。 Every kinds of chemical plants in chemical industrial park concentrate in one area and there exist many great hazard sources. Once accidents happy, the plants will interact possibly and can even induce "domino" effect, causing serious injuries and deaths, and preperties losses. Based on the system correlation principle, safety correlation is defined to describe this kind of interrelation between plants and to qualitatively and quantitatively depict the safety influence of any plants on the others, which can make references for the layout of the chemical perks, safety, management and emergency planning.
