摘要
石油天然气企业安全文化建设包含了从安全精神文化、安全管理文化、安全行为文化到安全物质文化的多层安全文化构成的多项指标建设,真实全面地评价安全文化建设绩效,为石油天然气企业安全文化建设提供改进与发展方向。借助于360°的绩效评价理论,从政府、上级、同行、客户、公众、企业自身6个评价组织,以不同的视角对石油天然气企业的安全文化建设绩效大小进行评价,说明了评价过程与方法,并以四川某天然气企业为例,对360°的安全建设文化绩效评价模式进行了应用。
Petroleum and matural gas enterprise safety culture construction consists of several constructions, from safe spirit culture, safe management culture and safe behavior culture to safe material culture,ect., and correct and overall performance evaluation on safety culture construction can improve and direct this construction of the enterprise. Based on 360 degree performance evaluation theory, this paper conducts performance evaluation on safety culture construction of petroleum and natural gas enterprise in varied views from such 6 evaluation organizations, such as government, craft, customer, public and enterprise itself, explains the evaluation processes and methods and takes a certain Sichuan natural gas enterprise as an example to apply 360 degree theory in safety culture performance evaluation.
