支气管哮喘患者血清IL-13、IFN-γ水平变化及意义 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察轻度持续和中度持续支气管哮喘(简称哮喘)患者外周血白细胞介素13(IL-13)与干扰素γ(IFN-γ)的变化,探讨IL-13和IFN-γ在哮喘发病机制中的可能作用及其与哮喘病情严重程度的相关性。方法收集轻度持续哮喘患者30例,中度持续哮喘患者28例,并设立健康对照组30例。采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELIsA)测定两哮喘组和健康对照组外周血IL-13和INF-γ的水平。结果与健康对照组比较,轻度持续哮喘患者外周血IL-13水平显著增高,INF-γ水平则明显降低;中度持续哮喘患者外周血IL-13水平较轻度持续患者进一步升高,而INF-γ水平仍显著低于轻度持续患者。结论IL-13和INF-γ参与了哮喘发病,INF-γ/IL-13失衡是其机制之一,两细胞因子失衡水平与哮喘严重程度存在相关性。可作为病情判断的参考指标。
