摘要
对食用仙人掌中葡萄糖的测定方法进行了研究,采用单因素和正交实验法测定食用仙人掌中葡萄糖含量,其最佳条件为:水解时加入盐酸20 mL,反应滴定温度60℃,反应液pH 5.0,水解时间30 min。该方法简便、可行。
Single factor and the perpendicularity experiments have been used for condition optimization in the determination of glucose in edible cactus. The optimum condition was obtained as follows:addition of 20 mL HC1 (1 : 1) for 30 min hydrolysis process and the reaction temperature was 60℃ in pH 5. 0 solution.
