Condition Optimization for the Determination of Glucose in Edible Cactus

对食用仙人掌中葡萄糖的测定方法进行了研究,采用单因素和正交实验法测定食用仙人掌中葡萄糖含量,其最佳条件为:水解时加入盐酸20 mL,反应滴定温度60℃,反应液pH 5.0,水解时间30 min。该方法简便、可行。

Single factor and the perpendicularity experiments have been used for condition optimization in the determination of glucose in edible cactus. The optimum condition was obtained as follows：addition of 20 mL HC1 （1 ： 1） for 30 min hydrolysis process and the reaction temperature was 60℃ in pH 5. 0 solution.
