摘要
为了减轻融雪剂对基础设施的腐蚀,采用低毒、低剂量、缓蚀效果好的缓蚀剂对市售融雪剂进行了改性研究,利用失重法和动电位扫描法对复合缓蚀剂进行了耐蚀性研究,并用扫描电镜分析了腐蚀产物的表面形貌。结果表明:市售的20%融雪剂加入质量比为2∶1,且总浓度为0.2%的钨酸钠、0.1%的十二烷基苯磺酸钠复合缓蚀剂对40钢的缓蚀效果最好,其腐蚀速度也最小。
A complex inhibitor with low toxicity and good inhibition efficacy was used at a dosage to modify commercial deicing salt,aiming at decreasing the corrosion of basic facilities by the deicing salt.The inhibition performance of the complex inhibitor was evaluated making use of weight loss and dynamic potential scanning methods.The morphology of the corrosive products was observed using a scanning electron microscope.Results showed that the commercial deicing salt doped with sodium tungstate and sodium dodecyl-benzyl sulfonate(SDBS),at a mass ratio of 2 ∶1 and a concentration of 0.2% and 0.1%,showed the best inhibition performance to 40 carbon steel,and the corrosion rate of the steel was the lowest.
