摘要
介绍了纳米复合镀的特点,阐述了纳米SiO2/N i和纳米SiO2/N i-P复合镀层的研究现状,主要就纳米SiO2对复合镀层性能的影响进行了说明,分析了复合镀层的表面形貌和能谱数据,举例说明了纳米SiO2复合镀层在实际中的应用,并对纳米复合镀层的发展前景进行了展望。
A review is provided of the current status of the study on nano-silica/Ni composite coatings and the prospect.Thus the features of nano-composite electroplating are introduced,and the effect of nano-SiO2 on the properties of the composite coatings is summarized.At the same time,the morphology and elemental composition of the nano-SiO2/Ni and nano-SiO2/Ni-P composite coatings are analyzed,and the application of those composite coatings in engineering is briefed with respect to examples.Besides,suggestions are also made concerning the development and prospect of the composite coatings.
