废润滑油减摩耐磨功能再生添加剂的探讨 被引量:5

摘要 为了实现报废润滑油的再生利用,采用新型添加剂恢复废润滑油的摩擦学功能,探讨了研制的两种再生添加剂(ZF和ZO)对废润滑油摩擦学功能的恢复情况,并就新、废润滑油的摩擦学特性进行了对比。试验结果表明:含ZF和ZO的废润滑油的摩擦学性能不仅得到了恢复和提高,而且超过了原新润滑油的特性。 Two kinds of additives(ZF and ZO) were developed for reviving the tribological function of used lubricating oils.A series of friction and wear tests were carried out to compare the tribological performance of an unused lubricating oil and the same used oil doped with ZF and ZO.Results showed that,the friction-reducing and antiwear function of the used oil was not only revived but also significantly improved,and the used oil doped with the reviving additive even showed better tribological performance than the original unused oil.
