本文介绍了我国石油工业企业开展ISO9000认证的现状，指出了认证工作中存在的问题和认识上的误区，讨论了认证的发展趋势。文章强调指出：认证工作应以效益为中心，以市场为导向。企业是否开展认证必须以是否有效益为转移。
The article talks about the situation that our country's oil industry enterprises cany out ISO9000 certification, and points out the problems and misunderstandings existed in certification, as well as the trend of certification. It emphasizes that certification must be based on benefits and market.
