提高输尿管结石超声诊断检出率方法探讨

Exploration on improving the detective rate of ureter calculi with ultrasonic diagnosis

目的探讨提高超声诊断输尿管结石检出率的方法。方法对输尿管结石患者，先行常规超声波检查，再分别使用解剖定位法、加压等待法、清洁灌肠法、大量饮水法、膀胱适度充盈法等方法进行检查。结果本组109例输尿管结石患者，经常规扫查检出输尿管结石77例，用加压等待法检出结石19例，用清洁肠道法检出结石6例，用大量饮水法检出结石3例，用膀胱适度充盈法检出结石2例，未明确诊断2例。结论本组109例病例用超声常规扫查方法对输尿管结石的检出率为70．6％，用多种方法综合应用可明显提高超声诊断输尿管结石的检出率，本组用综合方法对输尿管结石检出率为98．2％。

Objective To explore the methods of improving the detective rate of ureter calculi with ultrasonic diagnosis. Methods The routine method of ultrasonic examination was performed on patients with ureter calculi firstly, then the methods of anatomic orientation, pressurization delaying, cleaning enema, drinking a large amount of water were done respectively. Results Of the total 109 patients with ureter calculi. 77 cases with the method of routine ultrasonic scanning, 19 cases with pressurization delaying,6 cases with cleaning enema, 3 cases with drinking a amount of water were found positively and remaining of 2 cases negatively. Conclusion The detective rate of ureter calculi with routine method of ultrasonic examination is 70.6%, wherease the detective rate can be increased to 98.2% with general methods of ultrasonic diagnosis.
