食管癌术后乳糜胸的预防和治疗（附11例报告）

Prevention and treatment of chylothorax after esophageal carcinoma surgical （ report of 11 cases ）

目的探讨食管癌术后乳糜胸有效的诊断和治疗方法。方法回顾性分析1998年8月至2006年10月我院562例食管癌术后11例并发乳糜胸的临床资料。结果11例中保守治疗6例，手术治疗4例，均治愈；1例自动出院。结论熟悉的解剖和细致的操作是预防食管癌术后并发乳糜胸的关键，一旦发生，应及时采取适当治疗措施。

Objective To discuss the effective diagnosis and treatment of chylothorax after esophageal carcinoma surgical. Methods From Aug. 1998 to Oct. 2006, We completed 562 esophageal carcinoma surgical operations, 11 of that occurred chylothorax and reviewed analytical that. Results In 11 cases, 10 patients were cured by conservative treatment（6 cases） and operation（4 cases） , 1 case had left hospital of oneself. Conclusion Practised anatomy and meticulous handle are keys of prophylaxis. If incident had been occurred, a right diagnosis and appropriate treatment should be adopted in time.
