摘要
基于Hele-Shaw流动模型,对一直管的水辅助注射成型的充填过程的工艺参数的影响进行数值模拟。通过单因素实验法研究了工艺参数对水穿透长度与其厚度分数的影响。结果表明,熔体注射量对水穿透距离影响最大,而熔体温度、模具温度、注水温度、注水压力对水穿透距离与其厚度分数的影响不是很明显。
According to the Hele-Shaw fluid model, a numerical simulation of a pipe for the effects of processing parameters in filling stage of water-assisted injection molding. The effects of the processing parameters on the water penetration length and water thickness fraction were investigated through single factor experiments. According to the results, the short shot size was considered as the principal parameter affecting the water penetration length, the melt temperature, mold temperature, water temperature, water pressure have no clearly effect on the water penetration length and water thickness fraction.
