摘要
目的建立流动注射微分光度法测定格列齐特片含量的方法。方法基于磷酸缓冲液介质中(pH7.4),格列齐特在226nm波长处有最大吸收的特点,利用自行研制一套流动比色装置,安装到检测器中样品光束和参比光束位置,建立了流动注射微分光度法测定。结果格列齐特含量在1—22μg/mL范围内符合比耳定律,方法的灵敏度较普通光度法提高1.7倍,进样频率为180次/h,精密度为RSD为0.97%(n=14)。结论应用于样品中格列齐特含量分析,结果满意。
Purpose A new method of flow-injection is developed in which a color device is installed in the sample and reference holders of the double beam spectrophotometer. Methods We proposed a new method of flow-injection differential spectrophotometry to detect the △ A, based on that Gliclazid has the highest absorbency at 226 nm in the PBS (pH 7.4). The sensitivity of this method is 1.7 times more than other common spectrophotometry. Results It accords with the Bill law in the range from 0-22 μg/mL. The injection frequency is 180 times per hour. The precision is perfect enough with RSD = 0.97% (n = 14). Conclusion We are satisfied with the results in the content detecting of Gliclazide.
