复方甘草酸制剂联合复方丹参治疗慢性乙型肝炎

Compound glycyrrhizin combined with injectio salviae miltiorrhizae composita in the treatment of chronic type B hepatitis

目的观察复方甘草酸制剂联合复方丹参治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法将57例慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分为两组，治疗组30例给予复方甘草酸制剂联合复方丹参治疗，对照组27例给予甘草酸二铵、复方丹参治疗。用药8周后观察两组肝脏功能生化指标及肝纤维化指标的变化。结果肝脏功能生化指标两组治疗后均有明显好转（P〈0．05），两组间差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），肝纤维化指标的改善方面治疗组优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论复方甘草酸制剂联合复方丹参可控制肝炎活动并延缓慢性乙型肝炎纤维化进程。

Objective To observe the effect of compound glycyrrhizin combined with injectio salviae miltiorrhizae composita in the treatment of chronic type B hepatitis （CHB）. Methods Fifty - seven patients with CHB were enrolled and divided randomly into two groups. The treatment group （30 cases） were given compound glycyrrhizin combined with injectio salviae mihiorrhizae composita and control group （27 cases） were given diammonium glycyrrhizinate and injectio salviae miltiorrhizae composita. Then, the liver function indices and the degree of hepatic fibrosis in the two groups were observed after 8 weeks. Results The liver function parameters were better than that of before treatment of the two groups（ P 〈0.05 ） ,but no significant difference was found between the two groups in the liver function indices（ P 〉 O. 05 ）. The treatment group was superior to the control group on improving the degree of hepatic fibrosis （ P 〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion Compound glycyrrhizin combined with injectio salviae mihiorrhizae composita can control hepatitis activity and delay liver fibrosis process in patient with CHB.
