摘要 研究pGRF基因质粒对受脂多糖刺激的断奶仔猪生长性能的影响。结果表明:(1)pGRF+LPS组生长性能显著优于LPS组(P<0.05);但劣于pGRF组(P<0.01)。全期料重比,pGRF+LPS组与LPS组相比差异不显著(P>0.05),有下降趋势;但均显著高于pGRF组(P<0.05)。(2)pGRF+LPS组仔猪的腹泻率较LPS组下降了10.32%(P<0.05),而显著高于pGRF组(P<0.05)。 The effects of pGRF gene plasmid on the growth performance of weanling pigs stimulated by lipopolysaccharide were studied. The results showed: ( 1 ) The growth performance of pGRF + LPS Group was better than that of LPS Group ( P 〈 0.05 ), but inferior to that of pGRF Group (P 〈0.01 ). The difference of feed-weight ratio between pGRF + LPS Group and LPS Group during the overall period was not obvious ( P 〉 0.05 ) , and the former showed dovaatrend but higher than that of pGRF Group obviously ( P 〈 0.05). (2) The diarrhea rate of pGRF + LPS Group decreased 10.32% than that of LPS Group (P 〈 0.05), but higher than that of pGRF Group obviously (P 〈 0.05 ).
