摘要 针对已建200 m级高面板堆石坝出现的问题,结合洪家渡坝工程特点,开展了坝体变形特性及控制技术研究。探讨了200 m高坝变形规律与特点,从筑坝材料选择、堆石结构分区及填筑施工等方面进行坝体变形控制,提出了堆石预沉降控制量化指标,提高堆石压实度、坝内陡边坡整形与设增模碾压区、填筑施工总体平衡上升等变形控制集成技术,并应用于洪家渡坝,取得了坝体变形小、面板无结构性裂缝和坝体渗漏量小的良好效果。 With regard to the existing problems in 200 m-high concrete face rockfill dams (CFRD) and combined with the characteristics of Hongjiadu CFRD project, a study was performed on the deformation characteristics and the deformation control techniques for the dam body. The rules and characteristics of about 200 m-high CFRD were discussed. The dam deformation could be controlled through the optimal choice of rockfill materials, reasonable division of structural zone of rockfill and right rockfill compaction construction. Integrated techniques of CFRD deformation control were brought forward, such as the quantity index for controlling rockfill pre-settlement, the high compaction degree of rockfill, the shaping of steep abutment and the filling of rockfill with higher modulus near the steep abutment and the filling of dam for small height differemce as possible. Some goals as small dam deformation, no structural cracks and little seepage through the dam were achieved by adopting the above integrated CFRD deformation control techniques.
