摘要
针对糖化罐搅拌器搅拌效果不能满足工艺要求的实际情况,提出糖化罐搅拌器的改造方案和改造细节,阐述了改造前后搅拌器功率的计算与校核结果,及搅拌器改造后的工艺。
In consideration of the unsatisfactory stirring effects of the stirrer in saccharification pot, the renovation program and the renovation details of stirrer were put forward. Besides, the power computation and the checking results of stirrer before and after the renovation were elaborated. The renovated stirrer could meet practical requirements.
