Catalytic Synthesis of Ethyl Heptanoate by Nanometer Complex Heteropoly Acid

摘要 以纳米型H3PW12O40/SiO2为催化剂,庚酸和无水乙醇为原料,合成酒用香料人造康乃克油。结果表明,纳米复合磷钨杂多酸是合成人造康乃克油的良好催化剂,适宜的工艺条件为:酸醇物质的量比为1∶1.7,催化剂用量为5%,带水剂甲苯为8mL,反应时间为2h,此时酯化率可达96.8%。 The synthesis of ethyl heptanoate from heptanoic acid and ethyl alcohol with nanometer H3PW12O40/SiO2 as catalyst was studied and the results showed that nanometcr H3PW12O40/SiO2 was an ideal catalyst for the synthesis of ethyl heptanoate. The optimum technical conditions were summed up as follows: molar ratio ofheptanoic acid to ethyl alcohol was 1:1.7, the use level of catalyst was 5 % ,the use level of water-carring toluene was 8 mL, the reaction time was 2 h ,and the yield was about 96.8 %.
