摘要
酿酒工业是一个能耗较大的行业,酿酒车间既要用水,又要用煤,降低酿酒车间的能源消耗是酒行业实现清洁生产的关键。湖北稻花香酒业股份有限公司解决了酿酒车间水源和热能的循环使用,并利用Profibus总线技术实现了自动化控制。酿造车间使用自来水来冷却酒蒸汽,自来水与酒蒸汽进行热交换,提高水温约30℃,提高温度以后的冷却水循环用于锅炉产生蒸汽;升温后的冷却水与锅炉烟气在省煤器里再一次进行热交换,将锅炉用水提高到60~70℃,再进入锅炉产生蒸汽,从而达到节煤的目的。所有的水、汽计量都采用精确度较高的流量计分班组记录,并通过管道压力传感器、电动阀门、水位传感器等将当前数据传到总控制站和各工作站,实现上、下级的信息传输和分析管理。
Liquor-making industry consumes large amount of energy. Liquor-making workshop needs not only water but also coal. Accordingly, reducing energy consumption in liquor-making workshop is the key procedure to achieve clean production. Hubei Daohuaxiang Co.Ltd. has succeeded in water and heat energy recycling use in liquor-making workshop and further achieved automatic control by Profibus technology. In the workshop, tap water was used to cool steam liquor and water temperature increased by about 30℃ through heat exchange, then the cooling water circulated in steam boiler to produce steam, and heat exchange of water and flue gas realized in boiler gas economizer, then the water temperature was at 60-70℃, and the water circulated in boiler again to produce steam which could effectively save coal consumption. The computation of all water and gas was recorded by high-precision flow meter based on groups, and the data were transmitted to general control station and each working station through electrical valves, pipeline pressure sensors, and water level sensor etc. to realize all-levels information transmission and data analysis and managemet.
