变频技术在300MW机组锅炉引风机中的应用

摘要 通过北京利德华福电气技术有限公司生产的HARSVEST-A系列电压源型全数字控制变频器在某火电厂引风机改造中的应用实例,分析比较了电厂引风机采用变频调节时的特性、耗能情况及其经济性,实例证明:使用变频改造的2台引风机全年可节省电量3757320k Wh,节约电费约96万元。 Analyzed and studied the frequency conversion technology and the operating status of thermal power plant induced-draft fans.On the basis of an application of HARSVERT-A series of medium voltage VFD (variable frequency device) made by Beijing LEADER & HARVEST Electric Technologies Co.,Ltd.on technical reconstruction of induced-draft fans in one thermal power plant,the operating properties,the consumption and economical efficiency were analyzed.The results show that the frequency control technology has bright application prospects in the field of energy conservation and automatic control.
