摘要
采用田间试验与生化分析等方法研究了不同钾素营养水平与春玉米产量及碳代谢的关系。结果表明,适宜的施钾量可使春玉米叶片具有较高的叶绿素含量以及较强的RuBP羧化酶和PEP羧化酶活性,同时也获得了较高的产量。各处理在春玉米主要生育时期叶片中叶绿素含量及RuBP羧化酶、PEP羧化酶的活性均表现为K2>K3>K1>K0,这一规律与各处理对产量的影响一致。
In this experiment, field trail and biochemistry analysis were used to study the the relations of the different potassium level and the spring maize yield and carbon metabolism. The result showed that applying proper amount of potassium fertilizer could keep relative higher content of chlorophyl and higher activity of earboxylase of RuBP and PEP in the leaf of spring maize, and cropping higher yield of maize. Every treatment showed K2〉K3〉K1〉K0 on the content of chlorophyl and earboxylase activity of RuBP and PEP in the leaf of spring maize during main growing period, which regularity accord with the effect of every treatment on yield.
