摘要
目的了解健康教育对学生健康知识、疾病处理及生活行为的影响。方法对某大学一二年级健康教育与非健康教育学生进行健康知识与行为匿名问卷调查。结果健康教育在大学生中普遍受到重视。健康知识、疾病处理2组有显著差异。生活行为在大学生中近1/3存在缺陷,吸烟饮酒、网络成瘾等较为普遍,2组没有明显差异。结论健康教育能明显提高学生健康知识与疾病处理能力,如何干预生活行为有待探讨。
Objective To understand the impact of health-care education on medical treatment knowledge, heath- care awareness and everyday living habits of college students. MethodsA questionnaire survey was conducted among the freshmen and sophomore, who were divided into 2 groups by whether they took the health-care education as an elective course or not, in a university, to investigate their health-care knowledge and everyday health behaviors. Results The college students paid much attention to health-care education. There were significant differences between the 2 groups in the field of medical treatment and health-care knowledge. However, the poor everyday health behaviors existed in nearly 1/3 of the college students. Smoking, drinking alcohol, and indulging in the web, etc. were quite common in the both groups. Conclusions Health-care education can promote the health-care knowledge and the ability of medical treatment in university students, but how it will influence their everyday living habits is still remained to be discussed.
