陕西省三个项目县儿童生长、保健及孕期现状分析

Analysis of maternal and child health care in three project counties of Shaanxi province

【目的】了解陕西省三个项目县的儿童健康状况、保健水平以及孕期现状，并探索可能的影响因素。【方法】采用三阶段分层整群随机抽样方法，人户面对面调查并测量生长发育相关指标，血红蛋白水平及孕期保健。【结果】调查5岁以下儿童540名，6～35月龄儿童测量血红蛋白305人。5岁以下儿童的生长迟缓率为7．4％；四疫苗全程合格接种率为55．1％；母亲住院分娩率为72．5％。6～35月龄儿童的贫血患病率为30．1％。【结论】陕西省三个项目县妇幼保健的整体水平有待提高。

[Objective] To understand the children＇s health level, health status of mother and children in three pro ject counties of Shanxi province, and explore the possible related factors. [Methods] Five hundreds and forty children under 5 year old and 302 children between 6-35 months were selected by three-stage stratified and random cluster sampling. Face to face questionnaire survey were conducted, and children＇s growth parameters, hemoglobin （Hb） level and the antenatal care of mother were measured and surveied. [Results] In children under 5-year old, the prevalence of growth retardation was 7.4% ; the four vaccines whole inoculation rate was 55.1% ; the hospital birth rate of mother was 72.5%. The prevalence of anemia in children 6-35 months old was 30.1 %. [Conclusion] The general levels of maternal and child health care still need to be further elevating in these project counties of Shanxi province.
