Tests in many places for two years showed that Zhengmai 004 is a high and steady yield,wide adaptability wheat variety.Its average yield is 2.96 percent more than that of contrast Yumai49.It has many good characters such as more tillers,more harvested ears,proportional three elements of yield,good quality,good resistance against disadvantage circumstance and so on.It can be widely planted in the southern area of Huanghuai wheat zone and Henan province.
