摘要
建立了农产品的微波溶样体系,并准确测定样品中的砷、汞元素含量,通过对国家标准物质杨树叶、菠菜和小麦粉的测定,得到了满意的结果,方法回收率为92.1%~106.2%;精密度为2.3%~4.7%,此方法操作简便、快速、准确,具有非常广阔的应用前景。
A microwave acid-digestion system was developed for determining As and Hg accurately.The accuracy and precision was verified by using national standard substances of poplar leaves,spinach and wheat powder,the results was shown to be satisfactory.Recovery was in the range of 92.1%~106.2%.Precision of the method was 1.7%~4.7%.This analysis method was simple,fast and accurate with the value of populizing and applying.
