摘要
综述了焙烧氧化法在拜耳法氧化铝生产中除有机物中的应用,介绍了铝土矿焙烧法、结晶草酸钠焙烧法和溶液燃烧法。详细介绍了溶液燃烧法处理拜耳液中有机物的原理,以及去除效果;对采用该法后产生的成本、结疤等问题进行了分析。
This paper presents an overview of numerous published reports in the literature on the calcination oxidation of organics in Bayer process. Much attention is paid to introduce the application of bauxite roasting, sodium oxalate crystal calcination and liquor burning in Bayer process. The principle and effect of organics in Bayer liquor removed by liquor burning are described in detail. The problems of cost and scaling are analyzed as well.
