摘要
针对电解槽早期破损导致槽寿命短的问题,通过采用在线小修技术,对300kA工业槽进行不停电在线侧部小修,结果表明:该技术是一种弥补电解槽早期破损甚至导致漏炉的一种可行性方法,且能取得很好的经济效益与社会效益,值得在生产中进行推广使用。
According to the lower cell life caused by the early damage of cell, it indroduces a new technology of on- line minor maintenance for300kA cell. The results show that on - line minor maintenance is a practicable method to remedy the early cell damage and even cell leakage. It is worth to promote the use on alumimum production for its promising economic and social benefits.
