摘要
分析表明，职权、程序、记录和评审这4个要素是ISO9001质量体系20个要素中的核心要素。处理好这4个要素，就可为质量体系的成功建立和有效运行打下良好的基础。
Analyses show that functions and powers, procedures, records and review are four keyelements among the twenty elements of ISO9001 quality system. If the four elements are correctly handled,then we will have a good foundation to estahlish and implement the quality system.
