摘要
振兴质量。增强全民的质量意识，必须以教育为本；而质量教育又必须从中小学抓起。本文分析了当前中小学开展质量教育的困难，提出了具体的解决办法。
In order to vitalize quality and strengthenpeople's quality awareness we should pay special attention toquality education in middle and primary schools. The article pointsout the diffculties in current quality education in middle andprin1ary schools and affords the methods to solve them.
