摘要 目的探讨脑室联合蛛网膜下腔置管引流治疗非创伤原发脑室出血(PIVH)的治疗效果。方法采用随机分组,85例采用患者脑室外引流联合腰蛛网膜下腔置管引流治疗为观察组,62例采用单纯脑室引流为对照组,进行统一的神经功能缺损评分和疗效评定。结果两组的有效率及疗效不良率差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑室外引流联合腰蛛网膜下腔置管引流治疗脑室出血有明显效果。 Objective To determine the effectiveness of external ventricular drainage (EVD) combined continuous tube drainage into Subarachnoid with simple external ventricular drainage for nontranmatic primary intraventricular hemorrhage (PIVH). Methods 85 patients with PIVH were selected as oberve group, which treated with EVD combined continuous tube drainage into Subarachnoid; 62 patients were selected as control group with simple external ventricular drainage. All patients were assessed with ADL scales and two groups cueative effects were determined respectively. Results The total efficient rate is 75, 3% and the death rate is 18.8% in the observe group; The total efficient rate is 61, 2% and the death rate is 30. 6% in the control group. There were significently different in 2 group ( P 〈 0. 05) tested by X2 Test. Conclusion Xternal ventricular drainage combined continuous tube drainage into Subarachnoid is an effective treatment to nontranmatic primary intraventricular hemorrhage.
