摘要
目的探讨YM-GU动脉压迫止血器在经皮股动脉行冠状动脉介入术后止血的安全性和有效性。方法97例经皮股动脉行冠状动脉介入治疗的患者,按术后止血方法分成YM-GU-动脉压迫止血器组(简称YM-GU组,38例)和人工压迫两组(59例),对比两组止血成功率、下地活动时间以及并发症。结果两组患者止血成功率间差异无统计学意义(97.40%vs 96.60%,P>0.05),YM-GU组止血时间、下地活动时间较人工压迫组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论国产YM-GU动脉压迫止血器止血疗效可靠,可早期下地活动,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of hemostasis of the YM - GU - artery compressor in patients with percutaneous coronary intervention via femoral artery. Methods 97 patients with pereutaneous coronary intervention was divided into 2 groups： YM - GU group （38 patients） and manual compression group （59 patients）, The efficacy endpoint （immediate successful hemostasis rate, time to hemostasis and ambulation） and safety endpoint （major complications, small hematoma, etc. ） were evaluated. Results The successful rates of hemostasis were similar between YM - GU group and manual compression group （97.40% vs 96.60%, P 〉0.05）, Time to hemostasis, time to ambulation in YM -GU group was significantly shorter than those of manual compression group （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Domestic YM - GU - artery compressor has a very high hemostasis rate with with earlier hemostasis and time to ambulation after pereutaneous coronary intervention and it is worth applying in practice.
