H9000监控系统中电容式电压互感器电压监视功能的设计与实现

Design and Realization of CVT Voltage Monitoring in H9000 SCADA System

随着电容式电压互感器(CVT)在电力系统中的大量应用,因介质被击穿而影响测量准确度的情况时有发生,更严重的有可能造成爆炸、起火等恶性事故。文中介绍了在H9000计算机监控系统中实现CVT电压监视功能及其应用情况。该功能软件能在运行中及时发现CVT异常,对保障设备及电网的安全运行十分有益。

With wide application of capacitor voltage transformer （CVT） to power systems, the measurement accuracy may be affected sometimes by punctured medium. More serious cases may be malignant accidents of explosion or fire. This paper introduces the realization of CVT voltage monitoring function in the H9000 SCADA system. With the software the abnormity of the CVT can be found out conveniently and the safety of the devices and the power system can be ensured.
