牙周病与冠心病相关性的初步探讨

Research of the Relationship between the Periodontal Disease and Coronary Heart Disease

目的:通过临床体检,初步探讨牙周病与冠心病间的相互关系。方法:选取哈尔滨铁路局例行体检的离退休老干部300例作为观察对象。冠心病组与非冠心病组各150例,两组均进行相同的病史、血液及牙周病检查。比较两组牙周患病率及牙周健康状况的差异。结果:冠心病组牙周病患病率高于非冠心病组。结论:牙周病与冠心病之间可能存在一定的相关性。

Objective： To investigate the relationship between the periodontal disease and coronary heart disease by a clinical examination. Methods： Three hundred patients in 2004 were enlisted. They were divided into the group of coronary heart disease （ 150 cases of CHD） and the control group （ 150 cases of non - CHD）. The same clinical questionnaire and examination were completed. The incidence rate of periodontal disease and status of periodontal tissue were compared in two groups. Results： The incidence rate of periodontal disease in the CHD group was far more than that in the control group, Conclusion： There might be some correlation between periodontal disease and CHD.
