The Clinical Analysis of 19 Cases of Appendicitis Patients Retroperitoneal

目的:通过对19例病人临床资料分析,进一步明确腹膜后阑尾炎病人的诊断及治疗方法。方法:对19例腹膜后阑尾炎病人临床表现、实验室检查、手术方式回顾性分析,明确其临床及治疗方式特点。结果:腹膜后阑尾炎由于阑尾的位置较深症状多不典型,诊断困难,确诊后应尽早手术。结论:腹膜后阑尾炎在临床上较为少见,术前诊断困难,确诊后应尽早手术。

Objective：Through the 19 eases of patient clinical data, further defined retroperitoneal appendicitis patients in the diagnosis and treatment. Methods： 19 eases of appendicitis patients retroperitoneal clinical, laboratory tests, surgical method of analysis, clearly the clinical features and treatment. Results： Retroperitoneal appendectomy appendicitis as the location of the deeper and more atypical symptom, diagnosis diffieuh, should he confirmed as soon as possible after surgery. Conclusion： Retroperitoneal appendicitis relatively rare in clinical, preoperative diagnosis difficult, should be confirmed as soon as possible after surgery.
