微创治疗脑出血的疗效观察与临床体会

摘要 目的:探讨立体定向微创治疗脑出血的临床意义。方法:1998年11月~2007年6月我科共微创治疗脑出血脑出血患者298例。总结其临床资料,分析微创治疗脑出血的时机、方法、及临床转归。结果:立体定向微创治疗脑出血掌握好适应证、手术时机、手术方法能明显改善预后。结论:立体定向钴颅血肿引流术具有定位准确、操作简便、手术微创、不需要全麻等特点,对于重要功能区及深部血肿更能显示其优势。对于较大的血肿也可多角度、分次穿刺手术,是治疗脑出血的有效方法。 Objective: To explore clinical significance of stereotactic minimally invasive treatment on cerebral hemorrhage. Methods: To summarize the clinical data of 298 cases of cerebral hemorrhage with minimally invasive treatment from November 1998 to June 2007 in my section and to analyze the timing, methods, and clinical outcome of minimally invasive treatment of cerebral hemorrhage. Results: If indications, surgical time and method can be grasped properly, stereotactic minimally invasive treatment on cerebral hemorrhage can improve prognosis. Conclusion: Stereotactic drainage operation on cranial hematoma has features of accurate positioning, simple operation, minimally invasive surgery, no requirement of general anesthesia. It also has advantages in the important function and deep hematoma. For larger hematoma, it can also apply multi -angle and fractionated puncture surgery. It is an effective way for treating cerebral hemorrhage.
