B超与彩色多普勒能量图诊断精索静脉曲张症

Diagnosis on Varicocele by B-ultrasound and Color Doppler Ultrasound

目的:旨在探讨B超与彩色多普勒能量图在精索静脉曲张症中的诊断价值。方法:回顾性总结分析30例精索静脉曲张症患者经B超与彩色多普勒能量图检查结果,并100%手术证实的病例。结果:30例中合并单侧及双侧睾丸炎症者3例。B超显示部分患者睾丸附睾均匀性增大。大部分睾丸附睾正常。患侧阴囊内见丛状、管状、网状走行各异的低回声、无回声区,呈"蚯蚓状"小无回声改变,聚集成团。最大内径约0.3cm以上。彩色多普勒能量图显示血流信号丰富,丛状、管状、网状回声区由红蓝相间的血流信号组成,呈椭圆形或圆形分布。脉冲多普勒血流频谱为无波峰;流速较低的静脉频谱速度为0.06±0.02m/s。结论:B超与彩色多普勒能量图对盆腔静脉曲张症有肯定的临床诊断价值。

Objective：The purpose of this thesis is to explore diagnostic value of B - ultrasound and Color doppler ultrasound in diagnosing Varicocele. Methods： To summarize retrospectively and analyze testing results of the 30 cases of Varicocele patients by B- ultrasound and Color Doppler Ultrasound, which was proved and confirmed by operation one hundred percent. Results： 3 cases out of 30 were patients of combination with unilateral and bilateral testis inflammation. B - ultrasound showed that some patients had epididymis uniformity increase and most patients had normal Testis and Epididymis. There were various low echoes, non echo areas and earthworm like small non echo changes and clusters in patients＇ scrotum, such as plexiform, tubular, reticular. The maximum inner diameter reached over 0.3cm. Color doppler ultrasound revealed abundant signals of blood flow, such as plexiform, tubular, and reticular. The echo area was made up of red or blue color signals of blood flow, which was like ellipse or circular distribution. Pulsed Doppler blood flow spectrum was of no wave crest. Vein spectrum with low velocity was 0. 06 ±0. 02m/s. Conclusion： B - ultrasound and Color doppler ultrasound absolutely has diagnostic value in diagnosing pelvic varicosis.
