一氧化碳中毒神经系统后发症(附12例临床分析)

Late Complications (12 cases) of Carbon Monoxide Poisoning in Nervous System

目的:探讨一氧化碳中毒后发症的神经系统症状、体征和神经影像学表现。方法:分析12例一氧化碳中毒后发症患者的症状、体征、影像学表现,并按诊断标准诊断及高压氧治疗。结果:12例一氧化碳中毒神经系统后发症患者3例死亡,1例遗留精神分裂样症状,8例痊愈。结论:一氧化碳中毒后发症患者的发生与中毒后发现的早晚和开始高压氧治疗的时间密切相关,积极治疗亦能得到较好的康复。

Objective：To study the late complications symptoms of carbon monoxide poisoning in nervous system, signs and neural imaging performance. Methods： 12 cases of carbon monoxide poisoning after complications in patients with symptoms and signs, imaging findings, and diagnostic criteria for the diagnosis and treatment of high - pressure oxygen. Results： Among 12 cases of carbon monoxide poisoning patients with nervous system late complications were three cases of death, the legacy of one case of schizophrenia - like symptoms, eight cases recovered.
