血清中白介素-12与IgA肾病疗效分析

Analysis on the treatment Effect of Serum IL-12 on IgA Nephropathy

目的:探讨血清中自介素-12(IL-12)与IgA肾病疗效关系。方法:经临床和肾活检确诊的IgAN患者60例,比较它们在不同程度尿蛋白排泄量和治疗前后血清中IL-12的变化。结果:IL-12在IgAN活动时升高,随着IgAN治疗好转IL-12降低。结论:因此IL-12可作为IgAN治疗是否好转的标志。

Objective： To explore the correlation between serum IL- 12 （IL- 12） and IgA ropathy. Methods：To compare the changes of serum IL-12 in urinary protein excretion before and after treatment through 60 cases of IgAN by clinical and renal biopsy confirmation.Results： IL-12 increased when IgAN is active. When IgAN recovered with the treatment, IL-12 went down. Conclusion： Therefore IL- 12 can be used as a sign if IgAN is recovered or not.
