IgA肾病患者胰岛素抵抗与炎症状态临床研究

摘要 目的:探讨IgA肾病患者C反应蛋白与胰岛索抵抗的关系。方法:分别测定4组不同临床表现的83例IgA肾病患者的代谢指标和炎症指标。结果:IgA肾病患者炎症状态与胰岛素抵抗明显相关。结论:胰岛素抵抗和炎症状态是加速慢性肾脏病进展的因素。 Objective: To explore the correlation between C -reactive protein and insulin resistance on patients with IgA nephropathy. Methods: To test metabolic indicators and indicators of inflammation on four groups of different clinical manifestations of 83 cases of patients with IgA nephropathy. Results: Inflammatory situation is clearly associated with insulin resistance in patients with IgA nephropathy. Conclusion: Insulin resistance and inflammation situation are factors to accelerate the progress of chronic kidney disease.
