摘要
目的:建立浓缩当归丸阿魏酸的反相液相色谱测定方法。方法:采用Shim-pack VP-ODS C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-1%礴酸溶液(14:86);检测波长为320nm。结果:阿魏酸进样量在(0.02016～0.3024)μg,与其峰面积星良好的线性关系(r=0.9998),平均加样回收事为97.5%。RSD为1.6%。结论:该方法简便易行、准确可靠,可用于浓缩当归丸的质量控制。
Objective：To establish an RP - HPLC method to determine the content of quercetin in Nongsuo Danggui Wan. Methods： The condition of RP - HPLC was Shim - pack VP - ODS C18 column; Acetonitrile - 1% phosphoric acid solution （ 14：86） was used as the mobile phase; the detection wavelength was 320 nm. Results： The calibration curve was linear ranging from 20. 16ng to 302. 4ng for quercetin （ r = 0. 9998 ）. The average recovery rates for quercetin were 97. 5% , and RSD wasl. 6%. Conclusion： The method is simple, accurate and reliable, and can be used for the quality control of Nongsuo Danggui Wan.
