尿道下裂Ⅰ期成形术式的选择与显微外科技术的应用

Selection of Surgical Procedures and Microsurgical Techniques for One-stage Hypospadias Repair

【目的】探讨尿道下裂Ⅰ期成形术式的选择及显微外科技术的应用。【方法】对269例病人,应用显微外科技术,根据具体情况选择不同的术式进行Ⅰ期尿道成形方法。【结果】术后并发症为尿瘘和尿道狭窄,未出现其他并发症。尿道狭窄7例出现在Duckett术式,尿瘘38例。【结论】应用显微外科技术,选择恰当的手术方法,提早接受手术年龄,掌握丰富的经验与不断提高技术,尿道下裂的治疗可获得满意的结果。

[Objective] To evaluate selection of surgical procedures and microsurgical techniques for one-stage hypospadias repair. [MethodslA total of 269 cases were treated with microsurgical techniques and different methods of urethroplasty. [Results]The complications were stricture （7 cases in Duckett） and fistula （38 cases）. There was no other complication. [Conclusion]Hypospadias should be operated on earlier age. Microsurgery, selection of correct surgical procedures, more experiences and better techniques could achieve satisfactory results.
