介绍了CDM森林碳汇贸易产生的环境背景和云南在这方面的优势,阐明了云南省建设基于CDM的森林碳汇贸易制度的重要意义.从吸引需求和提高供给2个方面提出了建设基于CDM的云南省森林碳汇贸易制度的思路.
The paper introduces background of CDM forest carbon sinks trade and advantage of Yunnan in this aspect, elaborates the significance in constructing carbon sinks trade institution based on CDM in Yunnan. It also proposes the ideas on establishing Yunnan forest carbon sinks trade institution based on CDM from two aspects of attracting demand and improving supply.
