影响规范执行护理制度的相关因素分析

Related Factors Impacting Implementation of Rules and Regulations of Nursing

目的研究临床护理工作中影响制度执行的相关因素,提高护理服务的有效性和安全性。方法自行设计问卷,调查了117名护士对护理制度规范执行的认知状况,分析了影响护理制度规范执行的相关因素。结果78.6%的护士认为工作量大,任务繁重会影响护理制度的规范执行;80.4%的护士认为规范执行护理制度非常重要;47%的护士自评能规范执行护理制度;93.2%的护士认为现行的护理制度需要改进。结论合理管理护理人力资源,提高护士的法律意识及完善护理制度,可提高护理制度的规范执行力。

Objective To investigate related factors impacting implementation of rules and regulations of nursing and improve the effectiveness and safety of nursing care services. Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate 117 nurses about their perspectives and related factors of the implementation of rules and regulations of nursing. Results The investigation showed that 78.6% nurses thought that heavy workload would impact the implementation of rules and regulations of nursing; 80.4% nurses considered normative implement rules as very important. 47% nurses self-reported that they could completely implement normative rules and regulations of nursing, while 93.2% nurses thought the rules should be improved. Conclusion By rationally managing human resources, arousing the awareness of law among the nurses and perfecting nursing rules and regulations,the normative executive ability will be improved.
