摘要
目的探讨DHS治疗股骨粗隆周围骨折的体会。方法应用DHS治疗股骨粗隆周围骨折39例。结果本组手术后切口均工期愈合，随访6-14个月，骨折在4—8个月内愈合，无髋内翻畸形，无钢板断裂及螺钉松动，髋关节功能恢复满意。结论在治疗股骨粗隆周围骨折方面，DHS具有非常大的优势。
Objective To discuss the experience on treatment of femoral eri - tuberosity fracture with DHS. Methods 39 cases of such patient were treated with this method from July 2005 to March 2007. Results All operative incision were healed with first stage. The fracture was healed after 4 - 8 months with 6 - 14 months follow - up with defonnlty, split of steel plate, loosen of screw but satisfied with motion of hip joint. Conclusion The DHS might have better advantage in treatment of femoral peri - tuberosity fracture.
