参附注射液治疗急性左心衰竭的临床研究

Shengfu Injection for Treatment of Acute Left Heart Failure

目的观察参附注射液联合硝普钠注射液治疗急性左心衰竭的临床疗效。方法将86例急性左心衰竭病人随机分为两组,治疗组46例,以参附注射液联合硝普钠治疗为主;对照组40例,以硝普钠治疗为主。观察两组治疗前后心率、呼吸、血压、氧饱和度、双肺啰音及临床症状的变化情况。结果治疗组总有效率为86.96%优于对照组的65.00%(P<0.05)。两组治疗后的心率、呼吸、收缩压和舒张压明显下降(P<0.01),氧饱和度明显上升(P<0.01);两组治疗后组间比较,治疗组的心率、呼吸和舒张压下降更显著(P<0.01),氧饱和度上升更显著(P<0.01),但收缩压无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论参附注射液联合硝普钠治疗急性左心衰竭疗效满意。

Objective To study Shengfu injection with sodium nitroprusside for treatment of acute left heart failure. Methods Eighty-six patients with acute left heart failure were divided into 2 groups randomly： Treatment group （n=46） treated with the Shengfu injection with sodium nitroprusside and control group （n= 40） treated with the sodium nitroprusside. The heart rate, respi- ration rate, blood pressure, oxygen saturation, lungs rales and clinical symptoms were examined pre -and post -treatment. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 86.96% and that in control group was 65.00%. The treatment effects in treatment group obviously were superior to control group （P〈0.05）. The heart rate, respiration rate, systolic pressure, diastolic pressure were markedly decreased （P〈0.01） and the oxygen saturation were markedly increased （P〈0.01） following treatment in 2 groups. The heart rate, respiration rate and diastolic pressure were more markedly decreased （P〈0.01） and the oxygen saturation was more markedly increased （P〈0.01） in treatment group than that in control group. Conclusion The Shengfu injection with sodium nitroprusside was more effective for treatment of left heart failure.
