摘要
目的构建护士心理档案,掌握护士心理特征,培养优秀护理人才。方法:采用Skykey心理测评系统中症状自量表(SCL-90)、艾克森个性问卷(EPQ)和卡特尔16种人格因素问卷(16PF),对我院495名在职护士及90名实习护士进行编号无记名问卷方式测查。结果:护士的个性心理特征绝大多数为外向型,中间气质及多血质型,少数护士有掩饰性心理,极少数护士有精神病态人格倾向。结论:护士心理档案的建立,使护理管理者在心理水平上对护士进行个体评价,参考护士的个性心理特征,实现人—岗匹配管理。针对护士的心理问题制定心理健康"三级防护"制度,通过心理健康教育,提高护士对应激的心理耐受力,优化护士职业素质,培养新型护理人才。
Purpose：To establish psychological archives of nurses, master psychological characteristics of nurses and train excellent nursing talents. Method： 495 nurses in our hospital were investigated in the form of numbered but unregistered self-report symptoms of questionnaires（SCL-90）, Eysenck Personality Questionnaires （EPQ） and 16 kinds of Cartel personality factor questionnaires, included in Skykey psychological evaluation system. Result： The psychological personalities： most nurses were export-oriented, intermediate temperament and sanguine temperament, fewer nurses have extenuated temperament, and the least number of nurses carry the trend of psychotic personality. Conclusion： It is necessary to establish psychological archives of nurses so that the matching managers of nurses can evaluate each nurse psychologically with the reference of nurses＇ personal psychological characteristics so as to realize the matching management of staff member-position, and formulate the system of ＂three-grade protection＂ according to psychological problems of nurses. The nurses.should be provided psychological health education in order to have greater endurance ability to deal with stresses, optimize their occupational quality and become new type of nursing talents.
