新风胶囊对活动期类风湿关节炎抑郁患者的影响

Effects of Xinfeng capsule on patients of active rheumatoid arthritis with depression

[目的]观察中药新风胶囊(XFC)对活动期类风湿关节炎(RA)伴抑郁情绪患者的影响,并探讨其作用机制。[方法]40例RA患者按随机数字表分成2组,治疗组20例采用XFC,对照组20例采用风湿骨痛胶囊,观察2组的主要症状体征、生活质量、抑郁自评量表(SDS)标准分及实验室指标等的变化。[结果]XFC在改善症状体征、活动性指标等方面与风湿骨痛胶囊相似,但在改善SDS标准分、脾虚症状、生活质量积分、血清铁方面优于风湿骨痛胶囊对照组。[结论]XFC可改善RA患者抑郁情绪,提高生活质量。提高机体免疫功能、改善生活质量和贫血症状等整体调节是其可能作用机制。

[Objective] To observe the effects of Xinfeng capsule （XFC） on patients of active rheumatoid arthritis（RA） with depression and study its mechanism. [Methods] Forty RA patients were randomly divided into two groups. The patients of treatment group were treated with XFC, and those of control group with Fengshigutong capsule. The main symptoms and signs, integral calculus of quality of life, self-rating depression scale（SDS） and laboratory results etc. were observed. [Results] The effects of XFC group were similar to that of Fengshigutong capsule in improving symptoms and signs, active index etc. But the effect of XFC was higher than Fengshigutong capsule in improving SDS standard score, the symptoms of insufficiency of spleen, integral calculus of quality of life and serum iron. [Conclusion] XFC capsule can improve RA patient＇s depressive emotion and life quality. Its mechanism is probably related with its integrated regulation in increasing organism immune function, improving quality of life and anemia symptoms in RA patients.
