神经根型颈椎病斜方肌肌张力与推拿疗效相关性研究

Correlation between Tuina Therapy and trapezius tension in cervical spondylosis radiculopathy

[目的]观察软组织推拿手法对神经根型颈椎病斜方肌肌张力的影响及其与临床疗效的关系。[方法]采用随机、对照研究方法,将符合纳入标准的72例患者按1∶1比例随机纳入观察组和对照组,分别给予软组织推拿手法治疗和颈椎牵引治疗,比较两种方法干预后的静息状态肌张力和总体疗效的改善情况,并分析相关性。[结果]观察组斜方肌静息状态下肌张力的改善量优于对照组(P<0.01);观察组总体疗效与静息状态斜方肌肌张力RAUC之间存在正相关的线性关系(P<0.01,r2=0.723)。[结论]软组织推拿手法可以有效地改善神经根型颈椎病斜方肌静息状态肌张力,斜方肌静息状态下肌张力的改变与总体疗效间呈正相关。

[Objective] To observe the effect of tuina（massage） manipulations on soft tissue on trapezius tension of cervical spondylosis radiculopathy and explore the relationship between massage and clinical efficacy. [Methods] According to a randomized and controlled clinical trial method, 72 diagnosed cases were randomly allocated into the treatment group and control group by the 1 ： 1 ratio. The cases in the treatment group were treated with soft tissue manipulations and those in the control group with cervical traction. Then the effects of two therapies on resting trapezius tension and general efficacy were compared with medical statistics analysis. [Results] The improvement of resting trapezius tension RAuc in the treatment group was superior to the control group （p〈0.01） ; and there was a positive linear correlation between the general efficacy and resting trapezius tension RALC （p〈0.01, r^2=0.723）. [Conclusion] Soft tissue tuina manipulations can effectively improve the resting trapezius tension of cervical spondylosis radiculopathy, and the alterations of resting trapezius tension are positively correlated to the general efficacy.
